How to log a call:
- Please ensure you have the serial number of the device along with the model number, the meter reading and the fault with the machine with your full contact details
- For consumables, please ensure you have the serial number of the device along with the model number, what consumables are required with full meter readings. If these items are chargeable then a customer purchase order number will be required.
